Das Category Management bei Digitec Galaxus verantwortet die kommerziellen Kernfunktionen unserer Online Shops in der Schweiz, Deutschland und Österreich und ist direkt zuständig für den budgetierten Umsatz, das entsprechende Wachstum und die erzielten Margen über unser gesamtes Produktportfolio.

Aufgrund unserer Zusammenarbeit mit der ITA (Italian Trade Agency) suchen wir eine*n Portfolio Development Manager im Bereich Beauty & Schmuck/Accessoires.

**Wichtig**:

- Für die Position suchen wir jemanden, der fliessend Italienisch spricht.
- Diese Position ist befristet für ein Jahr. Danach gibt es aber gute Chancen, dass wir für Dich eine neue spannende Position im Category Management finden.

**Aufgaben**:

- Du bist verantwortlich für den Ausbau von unserem Sortiment und die Akquise neuer Partner (Händler, Lieferanten, DataProvider), in diesem Fall v.a. für italienische Marken aus dem Beauty und Schmuck-Sortiment.
- Du optimierst die Produktdatenqualität im Shop durch Akquise von Produktdaten.
- Du leitest analytisch Sortimentslücken, Trends und Potentialen ab.
- Möglichen Partner stellst du unsere Plattform vor und führst Sales Pitch durch.
- Du betreust die Partner im gesamten Anbindungsprozess und optimierst die Partner-Feeds in Bezug auf Produktdaten und Offer Data.
- Die saubere Integration neuer Sortimente in unsere Onlineshop-Kategoriestruktur gehört ebenfalls zu deiner Verantwortung.
- Du optimierst stetige die navigatorische Shopstruktur und pflegst du Produkttypen in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Shop Structure Management.

**Anforderungen**:

- Für diese abwechslungsreiche und anspruchsvolle Position bringst du von Vorteil eine höhere abgeschlossene Ausbildung (Bachelor oder Master, idealerweise in wirtschaftsnahen Fachrichtungen) mit.
- Du sprichst fliessend Italienisch und hast verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse.
- Um deine Aufgaben souverän bewältigen zu können, werden dir deine lösungs
- und dienstleistungsorientierte, selbstständige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise sowie hohe Organisations-, Strukturierungs
- und Vernetzungsfähigkeiten helfen.
- Du bist analytisch stark, gut organisiert und bestichst durch deine Begeisterungsfähigkeit und Neugier.
- Mit den MS Office Anwendungen bist du vertraut und eine Pivot-Tabelle ist kein Fremdwort für dich.
- Du hast ein gutes Gespür für Kundenbedürfnisse, hohe Belastbarkeit, Motivation und starke Neugier für unsere Produkte.
- Du hast eine Affinität für Lifestyle-Produkte.
