Afin de poursuivre notre développement et renforcer notre position de leader, nous recherchons pour notre département Marketing et Communication un/une

**Au bénéfice d'une expérience réussie dans la gestion de produits, vous êtes capable de comprendre les besoins des clients finaux afin de leur apporter des solutions innovantes correspondant à leurs attentes.
Doté(e) d'une bonne maitrise du marketing et de la gestion de projets, vous possédez un sens de la communication développé, une aisance dans les contacts, ainsi qu'un bon esprit d'équipe et d'initiative.
Disposant de solides compétences professionnelles, vous souhaitez les mettre à profit afin de répondre aux besoins futurs liés à l'évolution du milieu de la santé.
***Vos tâches principales**:
- Vous gérez le développement des prestations de santé digitale proposées aux pharmacies/drogueries, en tenant compte de la roadmap commerciale de l'ensemble des produits et services du groupe
- Vous recensez les besoins des clients, aussi bien ceux des pharmacies que du grand public, les priorisez et les intégrez au planning de développement de la plateforme Abilis
- Vous assurez la planification, la validation, la mise en place et le suivi des opérations liées au développement des fonctionnalités de la plateforme Abilis ainsi que son adoption, aussi bien en pharmacie qu'auprès de la population
- Vous procédez à des études de coûts et rentabilité
- Vous collaborez étroitement avec les Business Analysts/l'équipe de développement, ainsi que l'équipe Marketing
- Vous représentez Abilis au sein des structures gouvernementales de la santé et de l'innovation digitale en Suisse
- Vous communiquez les nouveautés aux clients B2B et B2C en matière de santé digitale, en collaboration avec l'équipe digitale et les Campaign Managers
- Vous formez les équipes internes sur les nouveautés (conseillers de vente, service clients, marketing)
**Votre profil**:
- Formation en Marketing et/ou gestion de projets
- Expérience en gestion de produit, idéalement dans le secteur numérique et/ou de la santé, un atout
- Bilingue suisse-allemand ou allemand / français
- Esprit d'équipe, écoute, et bonne capacité à former
- Excellent sens de l'initiative et force de proposition auprès de la clientèle
- Grande flexibilité et bonne gestion du stress et des priorités
- Bonne maîtrise des outils de collaboration en ligne et digitaux
