**Das sind deine Aufgaben**:
Unterstützung des global HR-Teams in seinen vielfältigen Aufgaben sowie selbständige Erarbeitung einzelner Themenbereiche, z. B.
- Projekte innerhalb des Bereichs Comp&Ben
- Unterstützung bei der Erarbeitung, Umsetzung und Analyse unseres Employee Engagement Surveys
- Unterstützung bei HR-relevanten Systemwechseln
- Unterstützung bei globalen HR-Prozessen
- Prozessoptimierungen
- usw.

**Das bringst du mit**:

- Du bist im Bachelor
- oder Masterstudium
- Ausgeprägte konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten
- Ganzheitliche Denkweise
- Kenntnisse der gängigen MS-Produkte, IT-Affinität
- gute Sprachkennntisse in englisch und deutsch
- Lust, out of the box zu denken, Umsetzungsstärke, Lösungsorientierung
