We work closely with all the other teams in the company, who run almost all their technical activities inside NCS, providing us with direct feedback to create the best platform possible.

In this role, you will play a key part in shaping the user empowerment initiatives for our software NCS, driving its adoption and retention.


What you will do:

  • Manage and foster a vibrant user community, encouraging collaboration and knowledgesharing among members.
  • Proactively collect and analyze user feedback to continuously improve training materials and programs.

Who you are:

  • You have a MSc or a PhD in engineering or physics (strict requirement).
  • You have expertise in ML/DL and are familiar with simulation technologies (strict requirement).
  • You are passionate about teaching and enjoy working with people.
  • You know how to create userfriendly yet detailed and didactic instructional materials.
  • You have experience in managing educational programs.
  • You have excellent organizational and leadership skills.
  • You have a nearly native level of written English and exceptional editing skills.
  • You like to work in a team and make a difference in the real world.

Technical interviews:

Assessment day:

It is important for us to meet you in person. The final phase is the assessment day which is on-premises and lasts around 3 hours. You will meet your future colleagues, have a technical and people discussion.
