Traditionally, the industry and its processes have been cumbersome. Administrative headaches for various roles were the norm. Recognizing the need for change, grape aims to revolutionize the traditional employee insurance model.

Your Role:

You will play a vital role in enhancing our employee experience by assisting and contributing to the development, implementation, and management of initiatives that support our organizational culture and employee engagement goals.

Please take into consideration that this is an entry-level position.

What You Will Do:

Responsibilities:

  • Manage offices in Basel and Zurich
  • Greet and assist visitors
  • Assist in vendor relationships
  • Support other teams on administrative tasks

Talent Acquisition:

  • Assist with recruitment and interview process
  • Schedule meetings and interviews
  • Possibility to assist on full cycle recruitment for junior roles

People Ops & Experience:

  • Be a point of contact for grape employees
  • Respond to inquiries regarding company policies, benefits, payroll, procedures, and L&D
  • Handle all administrative touchpoints throughout the employee journey
  • Cooperate with external parties and administer benefits

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a startup
  • Able to work independently and within a team
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • Handle confidential information with discretion
  • Good communication skills
  • Excellent verbal and written skills in German and English
