Human by nature.In this exciting role you will :Be the leader of Vernier's PROCESS SAFETY MANAGEMENT SYSTEMProvide counsel and technical assistance in Process Safety to Production Managers, Production Experts and R&D process development teamsBe an expert at determining the necessary risk mitigation during safety reviews or as a stand-alone task, help developing process safety conceptsBe responsible for PRA site catalogLead to process risk identification and assessment in partnership with Fragrance and Beauty Ingredients industrialization, Delivery systems development and production partners in site and between sites, final reports, action prioritization and implementationMOC ValidationContribute to improve the process safety knowledge and culture, on the site and beyondBe an active contributor in cross-functional projects for the siteLink with OPAM, ATEX, IH, and Environment
Your success profile includes :MSc or PhD in Chemical Engineering or Organic Chemistry with 5 years' experience in Chemical Process SafetyA deep experience of industrial risks assessment in the chemical industryExperience as a leader in a chemical production plant or R&D chemical plantGood knowledge in the fields of ATEX, Safety Instrumented Systems, Machinery SafetyPersonal HSE mindset and cultureFluent in French and English (C1)For safety and hygiene reasons, please note that wearing a beard is not allowed in production roles.
