Overview

This leadership role involves managing individual contributors, supervisors, and managers, embodying WuXi values and competencies.

Job Summary:

Responsible for overseeing bulk operations to meet supply needs and uphold high standards of quality and health & safety. Collaborate with QA, QC, production, and logistic departments.

Responsibilities

  • Daily management of the Bulk team for timely delivery
  • Developing the Bulk Operations team and ensuring compliance with GMP
  • Setting department strategy and leading improvement initiatives
  • Managing bulk operations planning and cross-functional projects
  • Proposing and executing investment projects
  • Training team members and ensuring operations traceability
  • Investigating failures and overseeing audits
  • Documenting procedures and adhering to quality standards
  • Applying risk management techniques

Qualifications

Experience / Education

  • Master's degree in Science
  • Over 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry, specifically in bulk GMP
  • Over 3 years of GMP management experience

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities:

  • Expertise in cGMP and FDA regulations
  • Proficiency in French and English
  • Organized, with leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to make decisions and apply LEAN approaches
  • Computer literate and integrity-focused
