Global Process Manager Order Management, Pricing & Conditions m/w/d

Das sind Sie:
- Als Teil unseres Expertenteams sind Sie verantwortlich für die Prozessdefinition im Bereich Order Management Pricing & Conditions und die dahinterstehenden systemrelevanten Abläufe in unseren IT-Systemen.
- Sie kümmern sich um die permanente Analyse des Prozesses, dessen Weiterentwicklung und überprüfen ihn hinsichtlich Effizienz und Business Continuity.
- Außerdem stellen Sie sicher, dass der definierte Prozess eingehalten wird und unterstützen die operativen Teams in Sales und Marketing bei Fragestellungen in Bezug auf prozessuale Abläufe und Systemeinstellungen.
- Sie sind Ansprechpartner für die IT in Hinblick auf die Umsetzung der notwendigen Systemapplikationen.
- Neben der Koordination der globalen Change Requests, definieren Sie zudem Authorisierungsrollen und -inhalte.
- Zudem arbeiten Sie regelmässig an relevanten Projekten mit, aktuell in erster Linie bei der vorbereitenden Prozessvalidierung in Hinsicht auf die Einführung von SAP S/4 HANA.
Das bringen Sie mit:
- Bachelor oder Master in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, o.ä.
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Global Order Management, Pricing & Conditions, in einem internationalen Unternehmen
- Erfahrung in der Gestaltung von Prozessen und deren IT-Einbindung
- Hohe IT-Affinität und lösungsorientierte, technisch strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Vertiefte Kenntnisse in MS Office und in SAP, idealerweise auch in VISTEX
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, weitere Fremdsprachen sind von Vorteil
- Teamorientiertes Arbeiten, gute Kommunikationskenntnisse und Durchsetzungsvermögen
