The Growth Marketing Finance team at Expedia is seeking a talented Finance Manager.


This role will provide analytical support to senior executives, own FP&A for our Pricing decisions, forecasting, variance analysis, and sophisticated financial modeling.


What You'll Do

  • Own FP&A support for Expedia's pricing investments across travel products and geographies. The Finance Manager will support the Pricing business team that helps guide investment decisions and pricing strategies across Expedia's products and geographies. They will develop a keen analytical eye, create robust financial analysis, and provide reliable decisionmaking tools to help maximize the ROI on pricing investments.
  • Drive systems and process improvements for our Pricing calculations, partnering with finance, technology, product, marketing, and other leaders.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional stakeholders in the EU and US, and be a thought partner to them to drive step change improvements in our processes.
  • Track, drive automation and process improvements of Pricing processes and future improvements.
  • Define, track, and drive automation of KPIs.
  • Lead and establish cadence for finance communication, including key messaging and collaboration tools.
  • Define and implement process documentation.
  • Create adhoc presentations and analyses for senior leadership.
  • Be flexible in a dynamic work environment and be willing to do what it takes to help the team win.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field; or equivalent related professional experience.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience with increasing levels of responsibility for Bachelor's degree holders (3+ years for Master's).
  • You possess exceptional verbal and written communication, including Csuite communications & presentations; experience with internal communications is a plus.
  • You are passionate about making a difference and leading change through process improvements and automation.
  • You have proven ability to handle multiple priorities with a high degree of flexibility and accountability, in a constantly fastevolving environment.
  • You take pride in your analytical and problemsolving skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • You are a data driven, change agent and have proven skills to build and lead impact crossfunctional teams, value diverse perspectives and deliver business results.
  • You are selfdriven, detail oriented, and possess strong organizational skills, including timemanagement and prioritization.
  • You have the ability to earn trust, maintain positive and professional relationships, and contribute to our goals of inclusion.
  • Experience with Hyperion Essbase and Oracle Financials or similar tools; Proficiency in advanced Excel and financial modeling.
