In this exciting position, you will oversee the growth of our international and national presence in the wholesale market. Aligning with our positioning and global reach, you will play a key role in implementing and carrying out our B2B and retail strategies. You thrive under pressure, exhibit flexibility and reliability, and excel at managing multiple priorities even in the most hectic situations.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and nurture relationships with international distributors and retailers to boost sales
  • Identify and pursue new business prospects in global markets for personal care products
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with partners for optimal profitability
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to ensure alignment with market trends and consumer preferences
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and support to key accounts to foster enduring partnerships
  • Lead a small team of national account managers
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in international sales within the FMCG sector
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting and surpassing sales targets
  • Thorough understanding of market trends and consumer behavior in the personal care product manufacturing field
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills, capable of forging and maintaining robust client relationships
  • Willingness to travel internationally and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic setting
