**Dein Job**:
**In deinen Adern fließt nicht nur das Blut eines echten Seefahrers, sondern auch Leadership, Integrität und Teamgeist? **Deine Motivation ist der Kurs, dein Team der Anker**
- Mitarbeiterführung zusammen mit den Assistant Restaurant Managers für alle Restaurants an Bord
- Gewährleistung vorgegebener Standards in den Restaurants (reibungsloser Serviceablauf, Sauberkeit des gesamten Arbeitsmaterials, etc.)
- Kontrolle der Inventuren / Lagerbestellungen
- Kostenmanagement und Revenue Übersicht
- Durchführung von fachspezifischen Schulungen für Mitarbeiter
- Gästekontakt
- Vorbereitung von Veranstaltungen
- Vertragsdauer des Einsatzes: 4-5 Monate, anschließende Folgeverträge möglich

**Das bringst du mit an Bord**:

- Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in der Hotellerie oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Restaurant Bereich sowie Führungserfahrung
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- & Englischkenntnisse (Wort und Schrift), weitere Fremdsprachen sind von Vorteil
- Kenntnisse in USPH
- Betriebswirtschaftliche Kennnisse, sowie der Umgang mit Zahlen
- Belastbarkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und Hands-On Mentalität
- Strukturierte und organisierte Arbeitsweise
- Versierter Umgang mit MS Office, Crunchtime und Rescom
