- Êtes-vous passionné-e par le domaine du Corporate Finance ? Avez-vous l'esprit d'équipe et appréciez-vous les contacts avec un large spectre de clients et de collègues ?
- Afin de renforcer notre équipe de Lausanne, nous recherchons un-e Transaction Manager à même de soutenir l'équipe dans les tâches suivantes:
- analyser des projets de financements d'entreprises dans le cadre d'acquisition et de succession d'entreprises (management buy-outs/ins)
- préparer et soutenir des demandes de financements, incluant la modélisation financière, auprès du comité de crédits interne
- structurer, coordonner et exécuter les transactions de financements en collaboration étroite avec le client, ainsi que les différents spécialistes internes et externes en gestion des risques, des aspects juridiques et fiscaux
- participer aux activités marketing et représenter le département Corporate Finance et Transaction Advisory au sein de la Suisse romande

**Notre équipe**
- Faisant partie du département Corporate Finance Switzerland, l'équipe Transaction Advisory se compose de 11 collaborateurs confirmés en financements d'acquisition, dont 3 pour le Hub de Lausanne couvrant l'ensemble de la Suisse romande. Vous travaillerez au sein d'une équipe dynamique analysant environ 500 transactions par année et réalisant plus de 120 financements pour un volume de crédit de plus de CHF 500 millions.

**Ce que nous souhaitons**
- très bonnes connaissances en finance d'entreprise, en économie ainsi qu'en comptabilité (diplôme universitaire, HES ou titre jugé équivalent)
- expérience dans le domaine des crédits aux entreprises et/ou en Corporate Finance
- excellentes compétences analytiques
- solides aptitudes en informatique et esprit digital
- expérience dans la conduite un avantage
- aisance dans la communication, flexible et à même de gérer un flux de travail important
- proactif-ve, aimant prendre des initiatives et doté-e d'un fort esprit d'équipe
- maîtrise du français et de l'anglais, l'allemand étant un avantage
