Intégré au sein du Département Assurance Qualité, vous rejoignez le laboratoire de Qualification et Validation des composants, mouvements et montres en charge de s'assurer de la fiabilité et conformité selon les standards qualités produits et normes internationales. Votre expérience confirmée en tant qu'horloger, vous êtes doté d'une personnalité autonome, analytique, méthodique et rigoureuse faisant de vous une personne reconnue et écoutée. Vous rejoindrez une nouvelle équipe vous permettant de vous impliquer avec passion et de vous développer professionnellement et personnellement.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Vous participez à la Qualification des nouveaux produits:

- Effectuer les tests requis avec les équipements spécifiques et analyses des résultats.
- Rédaction, Enregistrement, distribution et présentation des rapports d'analyse.
- Assembler les prototypes en relevant les points d'améliorations
- Participer à l'analyse des risques des nouveaux produits.
- Vous analysez les montres en retours marchés
- Analyser les défauts et identification des causes racines.
- Rédaction et distribution de rapport avec actions correctives éventuelles.
- Travaille de manière étroite avec les départements Bureau technique et chefs de produits.
- Support entre la production et le département Produit pour faire le lien avec les retours d'expérience.
- Participe au développement et à l'optimisation du laboratoire
- Effectuer les réparations et la maintenance des montres Quartz et Mécaniques sur mouvements de base, chronographes, calendriers et GMT en retour des marchés/clients pour le département Service Après-Vente.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Formation d'horloger (CFC) ou équivalente, vous justifiez d'une expérience confirmée de minimum 3 ans dans un poste similaire.
- Maîtrise des outils analytiques et de présentations usuels (Excel, PPT, Word)
- Expérience avec un ERP.
- Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour vos capacités d'organisation, votre rigueur, votre aisance pour travailler indépendamment et également de manière collaborative.
- Automne, Rigoureux, très bon esprit d'analyse, sens de la communication.
- Capacité rédactionnelles et synthétique.
- Langue maternelle Français. Anglais courant

As a member of the Quality Assurance Department, you will join the Qualification and Validation laboratory for components, movements and watches, which is responsible for ensuring reliability and compliance with product quality standards and international norms. With your proven experience as a watchmaker, you have an autonomous, analytical, methodical and rigorous personality making you a recognized and listened-to person. You will join a new team that will allow you to get involved with passion and to develop professionally and personally.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- You participate in the Qualification of new products
- Perform required tests with specific equipment and analysis of results.
- Writing, recording, distributing and presenting analysis reports.
- Assemble the prototypes by noting the points of improvement
- Participate in the risk analysis of new products.
- You analyze the watches in return markets
- Analyze defects and identify root causes
- Writing and distributing reports with possible corrective actions.
- Works closely with the Technical Office and Product Managers departments.
- Support between the production and the Product department to make the link with the feedbacks.
- Participates in the development and optimization of the laboratory
- Performs repairs and maintenance on Quartz and Mechanical watches on basic movements, chronographs, calendars and GMT's for the After Sales Service Department.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Trained as a watchmaker (CFC) or equivalent, you have a minimum of 3 years of confirmed experience in a similar position.
- Mastery of the usual analytical and presentation tools (Excel, PPT, Word...)
- Experience with an ERP.
- You are recognized for your organizational skills, your rigor, your ability to work independently and also collaboratively.
- Self-motivated, rigorous, very good analytical skills, good communication skills.
- Writing skills and synthetic.
- Native French speaker, English fluent
