The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and quality of client data throughout the banking relationship, in compliance with 'KYC' rules set by local and international regulations.

Client Documentation Specialist at a private bank in Geneva

Description:

  • Review client documentation for changes in account status or closure, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations such as CDB20, Common Reporting Standards (CRS), and FATCA/QI rules.
  • Verify information input into the bank's systems matches the signed documentation.
  • Conduct controls to maintain procedural compliance.
  • Provide feedback to Wealth Management and respond promptly to queries.
  • Digitize incoming mails and verify client instructions.
  • Coordinate with various departments for efficient communication and collaboration.
  • Stay informed on regulation changes and implement necessary internal adjustments.
  • Participate in projects impacting the team and ensure processes are updated and communicated.

Profile:

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Experience in Compliance within a financial institution.
  • Familiarity with complex structures and regulations like CRS, FATCA, and QI.
  • Fluency in French and English, knowledge of Spanish or Portuguese is advantageous.
  • Swiss residency is required.
