Um unser kontinuierliches organisches Wachstum voranzutreiben, suchen wir ständig nach hochqualifizierten Fachkräften. Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams in der Customer Service Europe suchen wir eine/n engagierte/n **Distribution & Order Manager Commercial API (w/m/d), %**

**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Verantwortlich für die korrekte Abbildung von Kundenbestellungen in SAP
- Überwachung und Verwalten des Order-Backlogs inklusive Koordination mit internen und externen Stakeholdern
- Sicherstellung der Aktivitäten unter Einhaltung der geltender Regularien (SOPs, GMP/GDP)
- Vorbereitung aller Versand-, und Exportdokumente, die je nach den relevanten Abläufen erforderlich sind
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit unseren externen Logistikprovidern, um sicherzustellen, dass alle Sendungen rechtzeitig versendet, verfolgt und geliefert werden
- Beratung von internen und externen Kunden zu Logistikdienstleistungen und Trade Finance (CAD, Letter of Credit)

**Ihr Profil**:

- Berufslehre als Kauffrau / Kaufmann mit entsprechender Zusatzausbildung und ausreichender Erfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position
- Vertiefte Kenntnisse im Umgang mit ERP-Systemen, idealerweise SAP (Modul SD)
- Gute SAP-Prozesskenntnisse: Make-to-Order, Make-to-Stock, Prozessaufträge und Service Orders sind bekannte Themengebiete für Sie
- Gute Kenntnisse im grenzüberschreitenden Warenverkehr inklusive GMP / GDP Kenntisse
- Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office (Excel, Word, MS-Teams)
- Sie kommunizieren fliessend in Deutsch und haben gute Englischkenntnisse. Weitere Sprachkenntnisse sind gerne gesehen. Gute organisatorische Kenntnisse runden Ihr Profil ab
