In continua collaborazione con i Responsabili di Brand e in linea con le logiche e strategie commerciali del marchio, la risorsa dovrà individuare le strategie commerciali più efficaci per massimizzare le vendite dei prodotti garantendo il raggiungimento degli obiettivi di business assegnati.

**Sono richieste le seguenti competenze**:

- Esperienza di almeno 3 anni nel ruolo di Ecommerce Manager
- Ottima capacità di analisi numeriche e trend analysis
- Ottima conoscenza di strumenti di analisi come Google Analytics e Seozoom
- Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office
- Capacità di lavorare in team, buone capacità di ascolto e relazionali
- Interesse per le piattaforme di vendita online
- Curiosità e passione per il mondo dell'online advertising
- Monitoraggio catalogo e pricing
- Studio benchmarking concorrenza
- Strategia sullo stock presente per verificare la possibilità di vendita e consegna
- Verifica KPI Customer Satisfaction e sviluppo politiche attinenti
- Definizione della strategia di comunicazione e di marketing in collaborazione con i Responsabili di Brand ai fini dello sviluppo di offerte online coerenti con le politiche commerciali
- Ampliamento gamma prodotti on line: analizzando il mercato in modo da sviluppare il business nel tempo
