Zur Verstärkung unseres Rückversicherungsteams suchen wir eine:n

Reinsurance Business Coordinator (80% - 100%)

Arbeitsort ist Zürich und Basel

Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten

  • Erfassung und Verwaltung des Rückversicherungsgeschäfts in die Verwaltungssysteme
  • Vorbereitung von Kundenpräsentationen und Erneuerungsunterlagen
  • Unterstützung der Rückversicherungsbroker bei der Bestandspflege und in der Gewinnung von Neugeschäft
  • Mithilfe bei der Erstellung von Marktanalysen und Präsentationen
  • Führen und Pflegen von Dokumentationen und Statistiken
  • Zusammenarbeit und Koordination mit anderen Einheiten innerhalb von Aon
  • Allenfalls Unterstützung in der technischen Rückversicherungsbuchhaltung

Anforderungen

  • Sicherer und versierter Umgang mit PowerPoint und anderen MS-Office Applikationen, sowie Fähigkeit, andere IT-Systeme schnell zu erfassen und anzuwenden
  • Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrungen in der Rückversicherungs- oder Erstversicherungsbranche
  • Analytisches Denken
  • Teamplayer
  • Flexible und belastbare Persönlichkeit
  • Ausgezeichnete Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch, vorzugsweise auch in Französisch
