Tasks & Challenges

  • Ensuring a smooth workflow during the night
  • Responsible for a professional handling as well as personal support of our international guests' requests during the night
  • Carrying out and preparing the daily closing
  • Receiving and checking the F&B statements and correcting them if necessary
  • Preparing all necessary statistics for the accounting department
  • Checking guest invoices and correcting them if necessary
  • Regular security rounds
  • Responsible for night shift duties
  • Receiving complaints and dealing with them professionally
  • Preparing the front office for the following day
Qualifications & Competences

  • Several years of professional experience at the front office as a night auditor in the luxury hotel industry
  • Very good written and spoken German and English, other foreign
