Tasks & Challenges
- Ensuring a smooth workflow during the night
- Responsible for a professional handling as well as personal support of our international guests' requests during the night
- Carrying out and preparing the daily closing
- Receiving and checking the F&B statements and correcting them if necessary
- Preparing all necessary statistics for the accounting department
- Checking guest invoices and correcting them if necessary
- Regular security rounds
- Responsible for night shift duties
- Receiving complaints and dealing with them professionally
- Preparing the front office for the following day
Qualifications & Competences
- Several years of professional experience at the front office as a night auditor in the luxury hotel industry
- Very good written and spoken German and English, other foreign
