Marketing Manager

We are looking for a dynamic marketing enthusiast/professional Marketing Manager to spearhead our marketing initiatives and drive our business growth.
As the Marketing Manager at 3Brain, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and support our sales efforts.
Given the ever-evolving marketing ecosystem and its supportive algorithms, we require someone with an innovative mindset who is well-informed and enthusiastic about unravelling its complexities to achieve triumph for both our team and organization.
Main responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a strategic marketing plan to drive brand visibility and market share.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire our marketing team, fostering a collaborative and resultsdriven environment.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, competitive landscape, and emerging trends to inform marketing strategies.
- Devise and implement strategies to feed the sales pipeline and collaborate with the sales team to develop marketing materials and sales tools to support their efforts.
- Plan company events, coordinate participation in industry conferences, trade shows, and other events to maximize brand exposure and lead generation opportunities.
- Develop compelling product positioning, messaging, and value propositions.
- Generate and coordinate the generation of highquality marketing content, including product collateral, website content, blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, and press releases.
- Analyze marketing data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate campaign effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and report on marketing ROI.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to ensure our marketing strategies remain relevant and effective.
Requirements:
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in B2B marketing with at least a few years in the life science sector.
- Track record of developing successful marketing campaigns and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a team towards achieving ambitious goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different teams and stakeholders.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools.
- Creative mindset with a passion for innovation, and ability to work in a fastpaced, dynamic environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Perfect command of the English language, both written and spoken.
- Applicant must have an EU/EFTA or Swiss Citizenship.
- Scientific education/experience in molecular biology.
- Prior experience in life science companies, especially in those operating in drug screening, cellbased assay and the preclinical markets.
- Chinese language skills.
