**Tes responsabilités pour le poste**
- Soutenir les collaborateurs dans leurs démarches de formation.
- Planifier les sessions de formation (calendrier, logistique, réservation de salles etc...).
- Coordonner la participation des employés et assurer leur disponibilité.
- Suivre et mettre à jour les dossiers de formation des employés.
- Gérer les budgets alloués à la formation et contrôler les coûts.
- Collecter des feedbacks auprès des participants pour évaluer la satisfaction et l'efficacité des formations.
- Communiquer régulièrement sur les opportunités de formation disponibles et les bénéfices des programmes de développement.
- Gestion des données saisies dans le LMS.
- Organiser et fournir le matériel nécessaire pour les formations.
- Réalisation d'attestations de formation et de diplômes pour les collaborateurs.
- Accréditation et enregistrement des formations sur la plateforme pharmaSuisse.
- Se tenir informé/e des nouvelles tendances en matière de formation et de développement des compétences.

**Tes qualifications pour ce poste**
- CFC avec maturité professionnelle commerciale ou formation équivalente.
- Une expérience réussie en qualité d'assistant formation ou équivalent.
- Personne organisée, proactive, orientée solutions, sens du détail et aisance relationnelle.
- Bonne connaissance de MS Office
- De langue maternelle française, vous disposez de bonnes connaissances en allemand (B2) et en anglais (B1)
- Poste actuellement situé à Villars-sur-Glâne (FR), à partir d'octobre 2024 à Liebefeld (BE)
