On behalf of our Client, a well-established company active in the banking and financial industry, Swisslinx is looking for an experienced HR Coordinator / Global HR Process Manager.

This is a 9 months contract position with possibility of extension. The position, based in Basel, involves 100% of working capacity.

Working from home some days a week is possible as our Client has a hybrid working policy.

A quick glance to your daily responsibilities:

  • Partner with our internal IT team to coordinate the maintenance/enhancement of HR solutions and data flows to external systems, reflecting any changes derived from upgrades, change requests approved by the pertinent governance bodies, and any new rules and regulations, as applicable.
  • Support HR system administration, including assistance with upgrades, and performing regular housekeeping.
  • Coordination, testing initiatives and undertake User Acceptance Testing in partnership with ITS and ensure subsequent communication and training to the HR end users.
  • Oversight of HRsystems.
  • In collaboration with IT Teams and various HR stakeholders, work on continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Support HR system administration, including assistance with upgrades, and performing regular housekeeping.

  • Support the maintenance of a standardized process repository for HR, following market standards. Liaise with individual stakeholders to gather the relevant details, and confirm the correct understanding where interdependencies exist.
  • Work with the HR team to assist in the rollout and implementation of HR programmes and continuous improvement initiatives.
We are excited to get to know you for this opportunity if your background looks like as followed:

  • Three to five years of relevant work experience in HR, HRIT or in a related field.
  • Solid operational experience and sound knowledge of holistic HR processes and systems related to the following: core HR (organizational and people data), talent acquisition, talent management, compensation and benefits, and so on.
  • High degree of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook).
