Manager (à définir selon expérience) | Tax – Global Employer Services | 80-100% | GE

Vos responsibilités:

Dans le cadre de notre accroissement durable d'activité, nous recherchons immédiatement un(e) senior consultant ou assistant manager, entre 5 ans d'expérience et plus. Le grade exact sera à définir selon le profil retenu.

Au sein l'équipe Global Employeur Services, le cahier des charges du poste s'inscrit dans un cadre pluridisciplinaire, avec la charge de missions variées, notamment :

  • D'intégrer une équipe enthousiaste, de superviser, développer et évaluer des membres de l'équipe de consultant à assistant manager, et assurer un rôle de responsable de mandats avec une forte autonomie et des responsabilités claires, avec le soutien constant du leadership du département Tax.
  • Pratiquer dans des domaines d'interventions riches et variés, tels que la fiscalité suisse et internationale pour tout son cycle annuel, la compliance et de manière large quant aux conseils, la sécurité sociale et la prévoyance, les sujets de rémunération et participation de collaborateurs, l'immigration et sujets RH, le conseil stratégique en mobilité et gestion des talents, etc.
  • La gestion autonome de la clientèle allouée, créer et nourrir une relation de confiance avec la relation avec la fonction RH/Rewards/Mobility chez les clients, assurer l'exécution des missions confiées par les clients pour accompagner leur organisation et leurs talents clés, ainsi qu'auprès de leur population d'employés et leur compliance fiscale, incluant notamment gestion du cycle fiscal complet, l'exigence des délais, l'assurance des standards élevés de qualité, etc.
  • La délégation à la bonne ressource du workflow et la supervision globale/revue finale de la préparation de différentes missions exigeant l'appétence pour les chiffres (estimations fiscales, simulation coûts globaux employeurs ou net employés, package de rémunération, etc.).
  • Une activité de conseil, incluant la délégation et revue, mobilisant des compétences analytiques et rédactionnelles, couplés à un focus opérationnel sur des thèmes juridiques et fiscaux vastes couvrant nombres de situations d'employés mobiles ou locaux, dans un contexte réglementaire mouvant.
  • Assurer une approche pluridisciplinaire, en contribuant aux projets transverses du département Tax (Corporate Tax & Private Client Services), d'autres départements ou de développement commercial.
  • Développer le volume d'affaire par l'excellence dans la gestion des livrables, la relation avec la clientèle et une appétence au développement commercial.
  • Agir comme ambassadeur de RSM, en assurant un contact direct, proactif et empathique avec les clients, les différentes administrations et organisations professionnelles, en agissant dans le meilleur intérêt de tous, avec authenticité et éthique.

Votre profil :

Nous ne cherchons pas de mouton à 5 pattes, mais voici le profil idéal espéré.

  • L'envie de relever un nouveau défi dans une entreprise en forte croissance, une forte dose de bonne humeur au quotidien, et une appétence forte pour un lien permanent avec la clientèle, avec le sens service haut de gamme chevillé au corps.
  • Une formation juridique et fiscale supérieure (en Suisse ou équivalent).
  • Une expérience de de 5 ans minimum de pratique de la mobilité internationale en Suisse (Big4 ou expérience comparable). Ce prérequis est indispensable à l'étude de la candidature.
  • Une aisance avec la technologie, notamment avec la suite de logiciels Microsoft, Dr Tax et des connaissances sur un outil de suivi du temps et de facturation.
  • Une maitrise parfaite du français, et un niveau parlé et écrit en anglais compatible avec des interactions avec des clients et partenaires non-francophones. L'allemand est un plus.
  • Un état d'esprit enthousiaste, collaboratif, curieux, attentionné et courageux.
  • Une aptitude au raisonnement logique et l'analyse synthétique, une bonne organisation, de la proactivité, ainsi qu'un esprit critique constructif.
