Your role

  • The Digital Communications & Growth team of UBS Switzerland is constantly looking for talents. This role is part of the Marketing & Digital Sales Center of Excellence, which is responsible for all marketing & digital sales activities for UBS Switzerland. The Digital Communications & Growth team is responsible for all Content & Dialogue Marketing, organic Social Media, SEO and Growth Marketing activities for UBS Switzerland. In addition, the team covers all central client and digital communication in Switzerland with regards to the UBS and Credit Suisse integration program, with particular focus on Client Experience, Client Migration and communication across all channels and platforms.
  • Your responsibilities:
  • Are you an experienced project manager with affinity to technical systems and tooling? Do you enjoy delivering strategic projects in a highly dynamic environment? Do you thrive on collaboration with colleagues across functions and disciplines?
  • In the Integration Client Communication team we are looking for someone like that to:
  • take full accountability to lead and drive client communication projects with regards to the UBS and Credit Suisse integration program
- deliver tangible results in close collaboration with the relevant key stakeholders, including digital and dialogue marketing experts, product teams, translators, proof readers as well as channel owners and output production teams
- ensure milestones and deliverables are prepared with enough lead time and met on time
- drive various projects or sub-projects in parallel with a high degree of independency
- track and report project progress for the reporting activities into the organization and integration program leads
- establish an extensive and powerful personal network within UBS and beyond

  • You'll be working in the "Integration Client Communication" team in our Zurich Europaallee office. We take care of all central client communication in Switzerland with regards to the UBS and Credit Suisse integration program. The team is interdisciplinary, collaborative and highly committed to deliver an excellent client experience in all integration related touchpoints.

Your expertise

  • 5+ years in project management experience in banking or financial services, with an extensive portfolio showcasing your skills
- have a strong focus on details, accountability and precision in all tasks
- experience with client communication projects, including production of physical letters as a plus
- a communicative and proactive personality with excellent stakeholder management skills
- comfortable in a highly dynamic environment
- ability to coordinate across various stakeholder groups, teams and departments, as well as to work under pressure and implement tangible and simple solutions
- proven track record in project delivery and process optimization
- ideally working experience in agile structures
- a native German speaker with proficient language skills in English who is comfortable working in an international and interdisciplinary team
