What impact do you have?:Be part of a lean multidisciplinary team, composed of a Venture Architect, UX/UI Designer, Growth Marketer and Engineers - to build new startups from the ground up
Be the voice of our customers to build a product they really love
Act like a founder to drive the venture forward, beyond the product
Build MVPs with NoCode tools
Discover opportunities and operate in different verticals
Report to the Sparrow Head of Product & Technology, with regular coaching and structured 360° reviews

What do you offer?:

No qualifications/further training required:

3+ years:

of experience as a Product Manager

English (business fluent):

German (beneficial):

Deep knowledge of user research & data-analysis methodologies
A wide and proven toolbox of product frameworks and methodologies
Experience in different phases of the product life cycle
Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job done
Proven track record of managing a successful product throughout its lifecycle
Outstanding emotional intelligence and collaboration skills
Experience using NoCode tools
Previous work experience in a startup
