As a Technical Program Manager on the Digital Humans team, you will foster our scientific explorations in areas like motion/appearance capture via novel camera systems, biophysical models, simulation and rendering.

You will generate viable paths to the consumer products that will connect people in a meaningful way for decades to come.

Technical Program Manager for Digital Human Research Responsibilities:

  • Work side by side with research scientists and engineers to foster scientific explorations to produce realistic and stylized avatars, with a focus on multi-camera capture platforms for human digitalisation.
  • Coordinate internal and external interdisciplinary interactions, communication, and alignment.
  • Provide key partners full visibility of the program schedule, progress and potential roadblocks.
  • Identify scope, constraints, dependencies, bottlenecks, and risks across a wide range of projects.
  • Proactively uncover technical, legal, procedural, logístical, and communication challenges and drive creative solutions to solve/fix/improve. Forecast, refine and track team budget spend across multiple projects.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience. 3+ years of industry technical program management experience or equivalent.
  • 2+ years experience defining and driving project progress and schedules.
  • 2+ years experience working with crossfunctional teams, building relationships, motivating people and resolving disagreements.
  • 2+ years organizing teams projects, making tradeoffs required to rapidly deliver software and hardware solutions

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1+ years experience in technical program management for Research.
  • 1+ years experience working with multidisciplinary teams, e.g., research, software, and hardware.
  • 1+ years exposure to hardware prototyping and development processes.
  • 1+ years experience managing budgets.
