Das Pilot Training umfasst die Type Rating Ausbildung sowie lizenzerhaltende und -erweiternde Trainings (z.B. Instruktor:innenausbildung) für Pilot:innen nach der Grundausbildung im Auftrag unserer Kunden. Nach erfolgreich absolviertem Training kehren die Pilot:innen zurück in ihre Flugbetriebe.

Schnittstelle zum Hauptkunden SWISS und anderen Kundenairlines Funktionale und disziplinarische Führung der Instruktor:innen inkl. Sicherstellung deren Standardisierung Sicherstellung der Umsetzung aller Schulungsinhalte unter Berücksichtigung der gesetzlichen Vorgaben und Kundenanforderungen Qualitätssicherung der Ausbildung Erstellung relevanter Syllabi sowie aktive Unterstützung bei der Aktualisierung sämtlicher Trainingsmedien Koordination und Zusammenarbeit mit relevanten Schnittstellen, wie z.B. Simulator Engineering, ATO&OPS Management und Planung

Neben langjähriger Erfahrung als Pilot:in und Instruktor:in in Flugbetrieben oder Trainingsorganisationen der Lufthansa Group solltest du Folgendes mitbringen:

TRIr- oder SFI-Berechtigung für Boeing B777 Leadership-Kenntnisse sowie Praxiserfahrung in EBT/CBTA Breites Wissen der EASA Regulations Hohe Einsatzbereitschaft und Flexibilität, kombiniert mit Selbstständigkeit Starkes Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Führungskompetenz, ergänzt durch interkulturelle Fähigkeiten, ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung und Teamgeist IT-Affinität und gute MS-Office Kenntnisse Bereitschaft zu Dienstreisen
