Your role

  • Are you fascinated by the world of international card payments, which allows individuals and businesses to pay easily and securely anywhere, anytime? Do you want to improve and innovate our card products and run targeted marketing campaigns to increase the use of our cards?
  • We're looking for someone like that to:
  • work as team member in an agile environment and to efficiently support us in improving our products and services
- understand and document the processes in the areas of secure payments with 3-D Secure and mobile payment wallets (e.g. Apple Pay) in a comprehensible way
- support our marketing team in planning and implementing effective marketing activities
- inform winners out of marketing activities (e.g. raffles) and assist in measuring the impact of our campaigns

Your team

  • In our agile operating model, crews are aligned to larger products and services fulfilling client needs and encompass multiple autonomous pods. You will be working in the Paying by Cards and Digital Wallets crew within the Pay and Manage Liquidity stream in Zürich-Altstetten providing smart and easy card payment products and services. Our crew wants to create a connected, free and unlimited payment world for many people.

Your expertise

  • You need to have completed at least four semesters of your bachelor's degree or have obtained your master's degree within the last 6 months.
  • In particular, you have:
  • passion for payments and the global payments card industry
  • we do not expect you to know everything, but you should be keen to learn how things work
- enthusiasm for marketing topics and the aspiration to achieve impact with targeted marketing campaigns
- good communication skills, comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels
- at least four semesters at a university, preferably with a focus on business administration, banking and finance, economics or similar
- a structured work style, confident working autonomously
- a good command of Microsoft Office and are a fast learner when it comes to new IT products
- fluency in German and English
