En collaboration avec une équipe jeune et motivée, vous assurez le support informatique et l'utilisation correcte des applications utilisées par nos quelque 450 collaborateurs sur nos 6 sites. Vous êtes le premier point de contact en cas de problèmes informatiques et vous gérez de manière autonome les demandes de service entrantes. Vous identifiez les besoins et assistez nos employé(e)s lors de la résolution d'incidents ainsi que lors de l'installation et de l'entretien des systèmes informatiques sur leur lieu de travail.

Pour ce poste passionnant et varié, nous recherchons un(e) collaborateur(trice) flexible, digne de confiance et fiable, qui saura convaincre par son attitude orientée vers le service et la clientèle. Vous disposez d'une formation en informatique ou d'une qualification équivalente et, dans l'idéal, vous avez plusieurs années d'expérience professionnelle en tant que support informatique et vous avez déjà pu démontrer vos talents dans un domaine similaire. Vous êtes parfaitement à l'aise avec les applications Windows, Microsoft Office et DMS. Vous parlez couramment le français, vous avez une très bonne connaissance de l'anglais, de préférence aussi de l'allemand, et idéalement un permis de conduire. Votre aptitude à communiquer en personne et par téléphone, votre ouverture à la nouveauté, votre fort esprit d'équipe et votre pensée en réseau complètent votre profil.
