Unser Kunde ist ein namhafter Produktionsbetrieb, ist international tätig und hat verschiedene Standorte in der Schweiz. Für die neu geschaffene Stelle als Manager AS/GS und Umweltschutz suchen wir eine erfahrene, lösungsorientierte und unternehmerisch denkende Führungspersönlichkeit.

**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Ausarbeitung und Umsetzung eines Sicherheitskonzeptes für Arbeits-, Gesundheits-, Umweltschutz und Nachhaltigkeit
- Einhaltung sämtlicher EKAS-Richtlinien
- Stetige Weiterentwicklung des Ressorts gemäss ISO-Zertifizierung
- Führung der SiBe's der anderen Standorte
- Planung und Koordination der internen und externen Audits
- Optimierung und Umsetzung von Prozessen, Erstellung von Risikoanalysen
- Stetige Zusammenarbeit mit dem betrieblichen Gesundheitsmanagement und SiBe's
- Verantwortlicher für Aus
- und Weiterbildung der SiBe's schweizweit
- Weitere verantwortungsvolle Aufgaben zum Aufbau des AS/GS

**Anforderungsprofil**

**Ihr Profil**:

- Abgeschlossene technische Grundausbildung mit höherer Weiterbildung oder Studium im Maschinenbau oder in der Elektrotechnik
- Weiterbildung zum Spezialist/in Arbeitssicherheit & Gesundheitsschutz oder ähnliches
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in ähnlicher Funktion in einem Produktionsbetrieb
- Erfahrung in Konzeptionierung, Projektleitung und deren Umsetzung
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und gute mündliche Französisch
- und Englischkenntnisse
- Durchsetzungsfähig, unternehmerisch denkend, kommunikationsstark, engagiert
- Führungserfahrung, diplomatisch, qualitätsbewusst, sehr zuverlässig
