International Talent Programs Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordination of talent development programs and related activities including creating and measuring pre- and post-events/journeys, establishing dashboards to track changes
  • Organizing and coordinating events with vendors and participants, tracking attendance for online and face-to-face events
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with internal and external partners
  • Coordinating and administering online assessments (surveys and other)
  • Ability to challenge current ways of working, suggest improvements, and bring own ideas
  • Building and maintaining learning plans and resources for all involved parties
  • Create purchase orders, maintain budget, track expenditures, and do budget forecasting
  • Serve as the point of contact for participants throughout their program journey and for vendors for planning learning program deliveries
Job Profile:
  • First experience in a planning and coordinating role is an asset
  • Experience in Talent Development/Learning and Development/HR environment is an asset but not required; candidates must be highly interested in the field

Languages: Fluent in English. Fluency in French and other languages is an asset.
