Als Sales Specialist bist du die Brücke zwischen unserem Umfangreichen Lösungsportfolio und Schweizer KMUs in der gesamten Deutschschweiz. Du betreust die Sales Pipeline und sorgst dafür, dass sowohl neue als auch bestehende Kunden an die für sie am besten geeignete IT-Lösung gelangen.
Aufgaben- Neukundenakquise & Bearbeitung von Leads
- Verstehen von Ausgangslagen und Anforderungsprofilen von unterschiedlichen Branchen und Personas
- Evaluieren und Offerieren von zielführenden Lösungen für unsere Kunden
- Betreuung der Sales Pipeline und bildest das Bindeglied zwischen unseren Projektmanagern und den Kunden
- Ausbau der Sales Strategien durch proaktive Massnahmen und eigene Ideen
Must-Haves
- Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten am Telefon oder auch in Person
- Grundlegendes IT Know-How und Interesse an Tech-Themen
- Bereit neues zu lernen und bestehendes Wissen laufend selbstständig auszubauen
- Lösungsorientierte und kreative Denkweise
- Begeisterungsfähigkeit & "Can Do" Mentalität
- Verkaufsgeschick
- Organisierte und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
