We are looking for a Virtual Assistant to join our growth and development agency with headquarters in Zurich.

You will support the growth team to deliver its primary and administrative duties and to deliver exceptional results to our clients.

About the team
You'll be working within the growth marketing team to help us grow clients through a range of different channels.

You'll work closely with the senior account managers and partners at what., and get the opportunity to collaborate with a range of specialists across channels.

Our team is distributed globally, allowing you to be part of an exciting multicultural team.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting the account managers with adhoc tasks and organization
  • Undertaking marketing research tasks
  • Updating spreadsheets and databases with statistical and nonfinancial information
  • Undertaking adhoc administrative tasks
  • You are well organized
  • You have the ability to multitask and adhere to deadlines
  • Excellent knowledge of Google Drive
  • Great communication and people skills

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of marketing channels and principals
  • Knowledge of market research techniques and databases
  • Experience with CRMs
