Our LocationJoin us at our facility in the Bio-Technopark in Schlieren, Zurich. As a primary contact for HR, office, and finance-related matters, you'll play a crucial role in advancing our administrative processes and delivering top-notch service to our team, management, and external parties.Ready to make a difference? Be part of the Athebio journey.Your Key Responsibilities
  • Leading HR administration, including talent recruitment, contract management, insurance tasks, and legal clarifications
  • Acting as the main point of contact for employees with administrative queries
  • Providing administrative support to the Board and Management by scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and handling company events
  • Assisting finance, accounting, and payroll in collaboration with external partners
  • Supporting financial statements and audits
  • Managing administrative processes like document repositories and vendor invoices
  • Contributing to the improvement of financial and administrative structures
Key requirements
  • Proficiency in English and German (written and spoken)
  • Commercial education or a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a dynamic environment focusing on financial and HR administration
  • Familiarity with Swiss accounting standards and regulations
  • Knowledge of Swiss employment law, social insurance, tax, and pension regulations
  • Advanced MS Office skills and willingness to learn new software
  • Strong organizational and service-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work independently, collaboratively, and proactively
  • Discretion, confidentiality, and professional communication skills
