Microsoft 365 Technical coordinator - External consultant - 2024:
Description:
The Bank's entire operations are managed by COO Division and are headed up by the Chief Operating Officer.
It strives to provide both in-house and external clients with a first-rate service to ensure our business operates efficiently and at the best possible cost.
The COO division comprises Operations, Finance, Information Management, Human Resources and Logistics. COO employees are committed to providing, with professionalism and enthusiasm, an efficient, proactive, high-quality service that meets the needs of clients within the context of the Bank's overall strategyMission:
Support the project and also our Cloud Committee.
Challenges:
Navigating complex regulatory and compliance requirements specific to the banking industry while innovating product offerings.
Balancing the need for advanced cybersecurity measures with user-friendly product design to ensure client data protection and ease of use.
Main responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy and Vision: Develop and articulate a clear vision for the product, aligning it with company goals and customer needs.
Regularly assess market trends and competitor strategies to ensure our product remains competitive and innovative but as well to be compliant with Bank regulators according UBP representation office.
Roadmap Planning:
Create and maintain a product roadmap, prioritizing features and tasks to align with business objectives and customer feedback.
Cross-Functional Leadership:
Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer support teams to ensure a seamless product development process. Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
User Experience and Feedback:
Focus on delivering an exceptional user experience. Regularly gather and analyze customer feedback to make data-driven decisions for product enhancements.
Performance Monitoring:
Monitor product performance using key metrics, adjusting strategies as necessary to meet targets.
Education:
- Education: High School/ Maturité / Baccalauréat
Experience:
- Years of experience: 37 : intermediate
- Experience required: At least 35 years' experience in Office 36
- Experience in private banking: Optional
Language:
