Für die Verstärkung unseres Teams in der Gruppe Quality System suchen wir einen
QA Professional (w/m). In diesem wichtigen Tätigkeitsgebiet sind Sie verantwortlich für:

- Erstellung und Review von Policies und SOPs (Compliance Check)
- Pflege sowie Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung des Deviation & CAPA Management Moduls (QEM, Quality Event Management)
- Zentrales Reporting aus dem System (z.B. Reports für QSMR, Quality System Management Review)
- Zuteilung von MasterControl Systemberechtigungen (User-Rollen)

Unsere Gruppe Quality System beschäftigt sich mit den Qualitätsprozessen für Dokumentenmanagement, Quality Events, Change Control und Training. Aufgrund der vielfältigen Aufgaben der Gruppe werden Sie nicht nur beim Compliance Check und Deviation Management mitarbeiten, sondern auch in anderen Qualitätsprozessen involviert sein. Dies beinhaltet unteranderem auch die Prozessoptimierung unserer Qualitätsmanagementsysteme.

Ihr Profil
- Hochschule mit Abschluss Bachelor, insbesondere der Fachrichtungen Chemie oder Pharmazie
- Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der chemischen oder pharmazeutischen Industrie
- Fundierte Kenntnisse der GMP-Regelwerke, insbesondere der EU und USA
- Hohes Verständnis von Qualitätssicherungsaspekten
- Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie eine gewissenhafte und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Ausgeprägter Dienstleistungsgedanke sowie Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit
- Sehr gute mündliche und schriftliche Ausdrucksweise in Deutsch
- Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
