Um unser kontinuierliches organisches Wachstum voranzutreiben, suchen wir ständig nach hochqualifizierten Fachkräften. Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams in der Abteilung QA Stab suchen wir eine/n engagierte/n Professional QA (w/m/d), Arbeitspensum %)

**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Unterhalt und Weiterentwicklung des Trainingsmoduls unseres Qualitätsmanagement Systems (MasterControl)
- Überwachung und Steuerung des Trainingsfortschritts am Standort Bubendorf
- Zuteilung und Verwaltung von Systemberechtigungen (User-Rollen) in Qualitätsmanagement System
- Erstellung und Review von Policies, SOPs, Formularen und weiteren Dokumenten
- Zusammenarbeit mit Autoren, Unterstützung und Beratung bei der Erstellung und Überprüfung von Dokumenten, um Konsistenz, Genauigkeit und Compliance zu gewährleisten.
- Vertretung der zugewiesenen Aufgabenbereiche bei internen und externen Audits und Inspektionen

**Ihr Profil**:

- Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium (Bachelor) in den Fachrichtungen Chemie, Pharmazie oder einer vergleichbaren Ausbildung
- Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der chemischen oder pharmazeutischen Industrie
- Fundierte Kenntnisse der GMP-Regelwerke, insbesondere der EU und USA
- Tiefgehendes Verständnis von Qualitätssicherungsaspekten
- Hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sowie eine gewissenhafte und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Ausgeprägter Dienstleistungsgedanke sowie hohe Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit
- Sehr gute mündliche und schriftliche Ausdrucksweise in Deutsch, gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
