Die Abteilungen der Corporate Services - Sales & Marketing, Reservierung, Public Relations, Quality, Engineering, Human Resources & Training, Purchasing sowie Finance - sind übergreifend für alle Betriebe der Dolder Hotel AG verantwortlich. Sie bieten den operativen Bereichen professionellen Fachsupport, so dass gemeinsam eine hoch personalisierte Dienstleistung am Gast erreicht wird.
Wir suchen einen Praktikanten für einen Zeitraum von mindestens sechs bis maximal zwölf Monaten. Der Eintritt erfolgt ab dem 1. Februar 2024 oder nach Vereinbarung.

**Ihre Aufgaben**:
- Im Bereich Operations Analysis erste Erfahrungen zu sammeln oder Ihre bereits vorhandenen Kenntnisse zu vertiefen
- Administrative Unterstützung des Analysis Teams
- Tagesabschlüsse, Kreditkarten
- und Cashabrechnungen, Verbuchung der Zahlungseingänge, Mahnwesen, Erfassung von Lieferscheinen
- Maison-Transaktionen auswerten und Unterstützung beim Operations Analyst in diversen Projekten
**Ihr Profil**:
- Sie besuchen eine schweizerische Hotelfachschule
- Engagierte, integre, proaktive und gut organisierte Persönlichkeit
- Exakte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
- Analytische Fähigkeiten und ein Zahlenflair
- Hilfsbereit und flexibel im Umgang mit Kollegen und Kunden
- Hohes Mass an Effizienz, Eigenverantwortung und Belastbarkeit
- Gewandter Umgang der MS-Office-Palette
- Fliessendes Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift werden vorausgesetzt
