If these words describe you, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as an Innovation Community Manager.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading and growing our innovation community, fostering collaboration and driving innovation across our organization.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • In collaboration with the digital innovation team, develop a community engagement strategy that drives innovation and fosters collaboration across the Richemont group.
  • Define, implement and run processes and tools for managing decentralized innovation communities.
  • Manage and grow our innovation community, including facilitating networking events, managing communication channels and building relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Develop partnerships with external organizations and thought leaders to enhance our community's reach and impact.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for innovation and work with the team to organize ideation sessions to drive new ideas and initiatives.
  • In collaboration with internal communication teams, develop and execute internal communication plans to promote innovation and highlight the achievements of our innovation community.
  • Manage the team's innovation internal social media channels, including creating content and engaging with followers to promote innovation initiatives.

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

  • Bachelor or Master degree in a related field, such as marketing, communications or business administration.
  • Work experience 25 years in community management, internal communication, innovation or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build relationships and foster collaboration, both online and offline.
  • Excellent communication skills with a track record of successfully leading and executing communication activities and projects.
  • Experience working with crossfunctional teams, in a multicultural environment and managing stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • A passion for innovation and collaboration across cultures, countries and functions.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • You are fluent in English (oral and written) and have a good knowledge of French.


Based mainly in Bellevue (GE), you will also have the opportunity to work with colleagues from other research sectors in our hub located in Microcity, Neuchâtel.

Initially, we offer a 12 months fixed term position, with immediate start.
