What will you work on at Hilton Geneva?

  • Develop and implement sales strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve revenue targets and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, travel agents, and corporate accounts to maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure the hotel's operations are aligned with the sales strategy.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
  • Monitor and manage the hotel's inventory and pricing strategies to ensure maximum occupancy and revenue.
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
  • Participate in industry events and trade shows to promote the hotel and identify new business opportunities.
  • Train and mentor sales team members to improve their sales skills and performance.
  • Develop and maintain a positive team culture that encourages creativity, innovation, and continuous improvement.

For this specific job opportunity, we would value the following skills, experience and attitude:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in hospitality sales, with at least 3 years in a management or supervisory role.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to make datadriven decisions.
  • Familiarity with hospitality industry trends, practices, and regulations.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a passion for sales.
  • Fluent in English & French, any other language is a plus
