Das Quality & Coaching Team hat sich zur Aufgabe gesetzt, das Gleichgewicht zwischen Quantität und Qualität zu gewährleisten. Um dies zu bewerkstelligen, befasst sich das Team mit täglichen Qualitätskontrollen aller Customer Service Mitarbeitenden, um ihnen ein neutrales Feedback über die geleistete Arbeit auszuhändigen. Die Erkenntnisse aus diesem Feedback werden benutzt, um unsere Mitarbeitenden mit gezielten Coachings in der fachlichen Entwicklung zu unterstützen. Als Deputy Team Leader Quality & Coaching (Customer Service) hast du die einmalige Möglichkeit eine zentrale Rolle in der Definition und Erreichung unseres Standards zu spielen und somit unsere Customer Journey nachhaltig zu prägen.

**Aufgaben**:

- Du bist verantwortlich für die personelle und fachliche Führung von ca. 8 Mitarbeitenden
- Du bist aktiv im Tagesgeschäft, erledigst Qualitätskontrollen und übernimmst auch gelegentlich die Einarbeitung von neuen Mitarbeitenden
- Du agierst als Stellvertretung für deinen Teamleiter und sorgst dafür, dass Projekte und Aufgaben qualitativ hochwertig und effizient vorangetrieben werden
- Du bist als Vertreter des Teams Ansprechpartner für Schnittstellen in
- und ausserhalb der Abteilung
- Du erhebst und analysierst Daten, um allfällige Prozesse zu hinterfragen und Risiken proaktiv anzupacken

**Anforderungen**:

- Du hast bereits erste Führungserfahrung gesammelt, idealerweise in einem hybriden Umfeld mit Homeoffice
- Um den Job erfolgreich zu meistern, bringst du eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (o.Ä.) sowie eine Portion Humor, Aufgeschlossenheit und Leistungswillen mit
- Du bist eine prinzipientreue, konsequente und optimistische Persönlichkeit mit hoher Sozialkompetenz und Empathie
- Du beweist didaktisches Geschick und lebst im Alltag eine Hands-on-Mentalität vor
- Du verfügst über ausgezeichnete mündliche und schriftliche Deutschkenntnisse und bist verhandlungssicher in Englisch
