- Deine Kernaufgaben:
- Personelle sowie fachliche Führung eines Teams von 12 Mitarbeitenden inkl. Rekrutierung, Coaching und Mitarbeiterentwicklung
- Verantwortung des operativen Tagesgeschäft und der Einsatz
- und Ressourcenplanung
- Regelmässige Überprüfung, Implementierung und Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen mit dem Ziel, die Produktivität und Qualität zu steigern
- Durchführung von periodischen Stichkontrollen in Bezug auf die Einhaltung der internen Weisungen, Kompetenzen und Prozessabläufe
- Mitarbeit bei verschiedenen strategischen Initiativen und Projekten

**Unser Team**
- Du führst das Team «Operations Service Center», gleich neben dem Bahnhof Zürich-Altstetten. Wir sind ein kleines, sehr dynamisches Call Center, welches Kundenberater:innen der ganzen Schweiz im 1st Level telefonisch, sowie auch schriftlich zu unseren Backoffice Prozessen unterstützt.
