**SILEX** est un intermédiaire financier indépendant fondé en 2016, qui ambitionne d'accompagner durablement l'industrie de la gestion de fortune, en alliant le meilleur des expertises humaines et d'une technologie de pointe développée en interne.

Nous accompagnons nos clients dans chaque étape de leur processus d'investissement à travers trois palettes d'expertises complémentaires : Recherche & Développement, Solutions d'Investissement et Gestion d'actifs. **_my_**SPARK**, notre plateforme d'outils propriétaires, nourrit chacune de nos activités.

Forts aujourd'hui de plus de 100 collaborateurs répartis entre Genève, Zurich, Lugano, Paris, Monaco et Londres, nous souhaitons désormais consolider notre rapide croissance, tant par des projets ambitieux de renforcement de notre structure que de nouveaux développements.

**VOICI LE DÉFI QUE NOUS TE PROPOSONS**:
Basé-e au sein du **bureau de Genève**, tu seras au cœur de l'innovation, contribuant à la définition de la vision du produit, à la facilitation de la communication entre les équipes et à l'optimisation des processus pour maximiser la valeur délivrée à nos clients.

En pratique, tes missions incluront:

- Conception et exécution de plans de test : tu seras responsable de la mise en place de tests rigoureux pour nos produits logiciels, de l'identification des bugs et des problèmes d'usabilité, et travailleras en étroite collaboration avec l'équipe de développement pour veiller à leur résolution rapide.
- Contribution à la gestion de produit : tu aideras à identifier les besoins des clients, participeras à la rédaction des user stories, et suivras les progrès des sprints, jouant un rôle clé dans l'agilité de notre processus de développement.
- Stratégies de marketing et communication : ta créativité sera mise à contribution dans l'élaboration et la mise en œuvre de nos stratégies marketing, en assurant la cohérence et l'efficacité de notre communication externe.
- Analyse de données : tu analyseras les performances de nos produits et campagnes marketing, en utilisant ces données pour proposer des améliorations stratégiques.
- Innovation par l'intelligence artificielle : en utilisant l'IA, tu proposeras de nouveaux contenus à valeur ajoutée pour nos utilisateurs, restant à la pointe de l'innovation technologique.

**CE POSTE EST FAIT POUR TOI SI**:

- Tu as un niveau Master 2, en cursus généraliste (université, école de commerce ), et es passionné-e par la technologie et l'innovation.
- Tu disposes de très bonnes compétences analytiques et fais preuve d'attention aux détails, avec une approche méthodique de la résolution de problèmes.
- Ouvert-e d'esprit et créatif-ve, tu es reconnu-e pour tes qualités communicationnelles, à l'écrit comme à l'oral, en français et en anglais.
- _ Tes éventuelles connaissances en gestion de patrimoine, en économie ou ton expérience préalable en gestion de projets seraient un vrai plus _
