**Jobübersicht**

Der/Die Data & Facility Maintenance Planner/in ist für die Planung, Koordination und Verwaltung der Datensysteme und -prozesse von bereichsübergreifenden Instandhaltungsarbeiten in den Bereichen Facility Management - Gebäudetechnik und anderen Untereinheiten zuständig. Er/Sie ist für die Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Plänen und Zeitplänen der vorbeugenden Instandhaltung von haustechnischen Anlagen und Büroeinrichtungen zuständig. In dieser Position werden auch die Wartungsaktivitäten mit den Produktionsplänen koordiniert, um mögliche Ausfallzeiten zu minimieren.

Zudem, verantwortet der/die Data & Facility Maintenance Planner(in) die Implementierung der CAFM-Software (Computer Aided Facility Management) PLANON, und verwaltet sowohl die Daten als auch die Einrichtungen der Einheiten. Der/Die Data & Facility Maintenance Planner/in spielt eine entscheidende Rolle bei der Gewährleistung der Genauigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und Sicherheit der Daten der einzelnen Einheiten und unterstützt diese bei datengestützten Entscheidungen sowie bei der Gewährleistung eines reibungslosen Betriebs der Anlagen und Geräte.

**Ihre Hauptaufgaben**
- Verantwortung für die Datenaufbereitung und die regionale Implementierung des globalen CAFM-Tools (PLANON & ServiceNow)
- Aufarbeitung, Überprüfung und laufende Aktualisierung der Stammdaten
- Unterstützung bei der Planung und Koordination von Bereichsübergreifenden Instandhaltungsarbeiten in den Bereichen Facility Management - Gebäudetechnik und anderen Untereinheiten.
- Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Plänen für die vorbeugende Haustechnischen Anlagen und Büroeinrichtungen sowie von Zeitplänen.
- Entwicklung und Pflege von Bestandskontrollsystemen für Ersatzteile und Zubehör.
- Sicherstellung, dass die gesetzlich vorgegebenen Instandhaltungsarbeiten in den entsprechenden Zyklen geplant und durchgeführt werden.
- Beaufsichtigung der Erfassung, Verarbeitung und Speicherung von Daten und Gewährleistung der Datenqualität und -genauigkeit.
- Verwaltung und Pflege von Datensystemen und Datenbanken, um sicherzustellen, dass sie sicher und aktuell sind.
- Verwaltung der gesamten Daten von "Change-Request-Prozessen" inkl. Interner Kommunikation
- Erstellung von Arbeitsanweisungen und Prüfprotokolle und Definition von Prüfvorgaben
- Verantwortung für die Instandhaltungsplanung und das Tracking der geplanten Aufträge

- und Gewerksverantwortlichen
- Überarbeiten der Wartungsverträgen mit den jeweiligen Anlagen
- und Gewerksverantwortlichen Einheiten
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Qualitätsanforderungen, Terminen, Leistungs
- und Budgetvorgaben
- Identifikation von Erneuerungs
- und Erweiterungsmassnahmen
- Ausarbeiten von Sanierungskonzepten und -programmen auf der Ebene von einzelnen Assets

**Ihr Profil**
- Mechanische oder technische Grundausbildung mit Weiterbildung als Instandhaltungsplaner/in
- Fundierte Berufserfahrung in Kundenbetreuung und technische Sachbearbeitung
- Hohes Qualitäts
- und Sicherheitsbewusstsein sowie Einsatzbereitschaft
- Erfahrung und Interesse im Projektmanagement
- Strategisch verknüpftes Denken
- Ausgezeichnete kommunikative und zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten.
- Ausgeprägte organisatorische Fähigkeiten und Zeitmanagement.
- Selbständige, effiziente, genaue und dienstleitungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Fähigkeit, Prioritäten zu setzen und mehrere Aufgaben in einem schnelllebigen Umfeld zu bewältigen
- Gute EDV-Anwenderkenntnisse (MS Office)
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
