Your role

  • Are you an advocate for internal mobility? Interested in helping our employees navigate how to find a new job internally? We're looking for an Internal Talent Attraction & Mobility specialist based in Switzerland to drive our internal talent attraction strategy and drive awareness and engagement amongst our employee population. You'll have regional accountability for internal mobility.
  • Your role:
  • delivering the internal talent attraction strategy for Switzerland, understanding hiring demand and regional priorities
- collaborating with recruiters
- creating relevant, engaging internal mobility content for events, and our digital channels
- planning of internal events such as our career fairs and quarterly helpdesk/information sessions
- monitoring and managing employee queries via the shared mailbox
- facilitate key talent career conversations and build beamery talent pools
- review internal mobility dashboard, survey results and status reports on a weekly basis to track progress of regional IM KPIs

Your expertise

  • You have:
  • keen interest in internal mobility
- content creation and/or presentation/training delivery experience
- preferably experience of running digital marketing campaigns for different channels
- preferably previous recruitment experience
- a Bachelor's degree or equivalent

You are:
- an exceptional communicator (and you know how to handle multiple stakeholders and their needs)
- passionate about content creation and a great copywriter (in English)
- constantly looking to bring new, fresh ideas to the table and find new ways of engaging with internal talent
- detail-oriented, like to get stuff done, adaptable
- fluent in English and German
