- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les managers afin d'identifier et analyser les besoins
- Gérer les cahiers des charges et établir les descriptions de fonction
- Définir la stratégie de sourcing la plus efficace afin d'attirer les meilleurs talents
- Assurer le processus de recrutement depuis la présélection des futurs talents, à la conduite des entretiens jusqu'à la négociation des contrats
- Accompagner les managers sur les aspects liés aux RH (évaluation, gestion de carrière, formation, etc.),
- Conseiller et accompagner le personnel pour toutes les questions relatives aux thèmes RH
- Assister aux tâches RH ; notamment pour l'établissement des contrats de travail et suivi des permis de séjour
- Soutenir divers projets RH dans le cadre de ses responsabilités et participer à la gestion du changement qui en découle
**Votre profil**:
- Brevet Fédéral en Ressources Humaines ou titre jugé équivalent
- Expérience confirmée d'au moins 5 ans au sein d'un poste similaire, idéalement dans le domaine industriel
- Aisance dans la conduite d'entretiens
- Langue maternelle française avec de très bonnes connaissances de l'anglais et de l'allemand (min. B2)
- Bonne maîtrise des outils informatique et d'un système ERP
- Proactif et sens des priorités
- Esprit d'analyse et de synthèse, capacité à faire des propositions
- Sens de la communication et des responsabilités
