Wir suchen einen Experten in der Position als Controller Strategic Project am Standort Allschwil, BL

Ihr Wirkungsfeld beim neuen Arbeitgeber
- Regelmässige Überprüfung des Umsetzungsfortschritts der strategischen Initiativen mit den Geschäftsbereichen
- Unterstützung der Business Controller bei der Quantifizierung des Umsetzungsfortschritts und der Auswirkungen auf die ursprüngliche Planung
- Sicherstellung der quantitativen Integration der strategischen Ziele in der Mittelfristplanung (in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Business Controlling)
- Zusammenarbeit mit Strategic Project Lead
- Berichterstattung und Mithilfe bei Dokumentation des Fortschritts
- Mitarbeit bei der Definition der quantifizierbaren und messbaren Umsetzungsmassnahmen
- Mitarbeit bei der Umsetzungsplanung der strategischen Initiativen zusammen mit den Geschäftsbereichen
- Regelmässige Überprüfung des Umsetzungsfortschritts der Kostensenkungsmassnahmen mit den Geschäftsbereichen
- Weiterentwicklung der strategischen Vorlagen zur regelmässigen Überprüfung des Umsetzungsfortschritts und zur Berichterstattung an Strategic Project Lead
- Mitarbeit bei der Einführung einer geeigneten Softwarelösung

Voraussetzungen
- Fundierte betriebswirtschaftliche Ausbildung (Uni/FH/Controlling) oder eine entspreche Aus. Und Weiterbeildung
- Sehr gute Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse, mündlich und schriftlich sind erforderlich (Deutsch mind. C1)

Weitere Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen
- Fundierte betriebswirtschaftliche Ausbildung (Uni/FH/Controlling) oder eine entspreche Aus. Und Weiterbeildung
- Gutes praktisches und theoretisches Wissen des strategischen Projekt-Controllings und/oder des Projekt-Controllings
- Erfahrung im Projekt-Controlling in einem internationalen Umfeld
- Erfahrung mit einem Softwaretool zur Überwachung strategischer Projekte von Vorteil
- Sehr guter Umgang mit Microsoft Office (insb. Excel und Power-Point), gute Kenntnisse und Umfang mit ERP Systemen, Erfahrung mit IFS, Sage und IDL/TM1 von Vorteil
- Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und vernetztes Denken
- Hohes Dienstleistungsbewusstsein und autonome Arbeitsweise
- Durchsetzungsbewusste Persönlichkeit
