- Répondre aux besoins des projets dans le domaine de la Construction des boîtes de montre et bracelet
- Construction 3D des têtes de montre, des bracelets et outillages spéciaux (posages, jauges, etc.), élaboration des dossiers de plans ainsi que suivi des modifications
- Interprétation du design esthétique pour adaptation en design technique réalisable
- Contrôle des nouvelles constructions des partenaires externes (têtes de montres et bracelets) et validation des dossiers de plans
- Collaboration et soutien technique aux départements internes ainsi que les fournisseurs
- Aide à la résolution des problèmes techniques
- Gestion de projets spécifiques
- Participer à la mise en place du processus de développement de nouvelles constructions et le déployer au sein du département
- Soutien technique aux constructeurs
- Gérer les risques techniques des projets
- Catia superuser
- Gérer et motiver les constructeurs pour atteindre les objectifs techniques et temporels
- Implémentation et utilisation d'un Product Lifecycle Management (PLM)

Exigences relatives au poste
- Formation d'ingénieur (HES) ou titre équivalent
- Expérience de 5 ans au minimum dans l'industrie horlogère haut de gamme, dans la construction de boîte et de bracelets
- Expérience en gestion de projets et dans la conduite de collaborateurs
- Compétences en construction et industrialisation
- Connaissances des spécificités des matériaux durs (céramique technique) un atout
- Expérience dans la gestion d'équipe
- Négocier des solutions techniques qui concordent avec le design spécifique de Rado
- Maîtrise de MS Office, CATIA V5 et PML, connaissances SAP un plus

Connaissances des langues
- Langue maternelle française ou allemande avec de bonnes connaissances techniques de l'autre langue
- Bonnes connaissances professionnelles en anglais
