Vous agissez comme force de proposition pour réaliser notre ambition d'être reconnu comme excellent dans le recrutement, l'accompagnement et la fidélisation des collaborateurs. Pour ce faire, nous recherchons pour notre succursale de Genève un VIE sur le poste d'un Relationship Manager.

ODDO BHF (Suisse) SA se développe rapidement et ambitionne d'accroître ses effectifs et d'être acteur majeur dans la croissance du Groupe.

Au sein de la Banque Privée, vous travaillerez à Genève dans l'équipe des Banquiers en charge des marchés francophones.

Vos missions

Vous appuierez des Banquiers Senior dans le suivi de la clientèle existante et le développement de nouveaux clients et pourrez progressivement déployer une activité commerciale autonome. Vous veillerez également au strict respect des réglementations et des politiques internes, notamment en termes de gestion des risques, dans la conduite de vos activités.

Les compétences que vous développerez
- Animation d'une clientèle fortunée exigeante
- Aisance commerciale tant dans le suivi de la clientèle existante que dans l'acquisition
- Investissement et ingénierie patrimoniale pour une clientèle fortunée
- Maîtrise réglementaire des activités Private Banking internationale
- Coordination d'expertises variées au sein du Groupe au service des clients de l'équipe
- Prérequis- Diplômée d'une Grande Ecole de Commerce, vous disposez d'une première expérience en private banking, notamment en développement d'activité front
- Idéalement avoir un certain réseau dans le tissu économique des marchés visés et une connaissance pratique de la culture et des usages de ces marchés ;
- Idéalement une connaissance de l'environnement et des activités cross-border avec ces marchés ;
- Être passionné par l'investissement à long terme, durable et stable ;
- Avoir de grandes compétences analytiques et une capacité à mettre en œuvre des solutions sur-mesure ;
- Avoir une aisance relationnelle et de bonnes capacités de communication ;
- Parfaite maîtrise du français et de l'anglais obligatoire, maîtrise de l'allemand un plus ;
- Maîtrise des outils informatiques de base (pack office), connaissance des systèmes d'information financière et outils statistiques.
