- Wir suchen nach einer erfahrenen Person im Bereich Investment Stewardship und Policy Design, die sich bei der Transformation der Finanzmärkte in eine nachhaltigere Zukunft aktiv einbringt. Dabei bist du Teil von unserem ESG Strategie und Business Development-Team im Bereich Asset Management. Hilf uns beim Voting und Engagement und bei der Kapitalallokation den richtigen Fokus zu setzen, damit wir zu einer nachhaltigeren Zukunft beitragen und unseren Kund:innen noch bessere Produkte liefern können.

Deine Aufgaben - mehr gestalten
- Policy Design im Bereich Nachhaltigkeit im Asset Management mit Fokus auf Voting und Stewardship Aktivitäten
- Weiterentwicklung unserer Voting
- und Engagement Strategie sowie Dokumentation
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Aktien Schweiz Team und den Engagement Experten, welche im direkten Dialog mit den Schweizer Unternehmen stehen
- Übernehme die Verantwortung für die delegierten Stewardship Aktivitäten an die Drittparteien ISS (Voting) und Sustainalytics (Engagement Ausland)
- Monitoring unserer Voting
- und Engagement Aktivitäten Reporting unserer Stewardship Aktivitäten auf Portfolio und Asset Management Stufe
- Verantwortung für Stewardship Daten und Analytics Mitwirkung bei der Entwicklung zukünftiger Strategien inklusive Prozessentwicklung
- Leiste einen aktiven Beitrag zu Thought-Leadership durch Beiträge für Kunden, Medien und an Konferenzen. Mitwirken in Arbeitsgruppen von Verbänden, kollektiven Engagement Plattformen und Pledges

Dein Profil - mehr mitbringen
- Hochschulabschluss (Wirtschaft, Finance, Rechts
- oder Naturwissenschaften) sowie relevante Weiterbildungen (CFA, CAIA oder AZEK, CESGA) von Vorteil
- Expertise im Bereich Sustainability Investing
- Erfahrung im Bereich Strategie und Policy Design sind von Vorteil
- Fähigkeit Daten zu analysieren und bearbeiten
- Sehr gute analytische Fähigkeiten
- Fliessend in Deutsch und Englisch, weitere Sprachen sind von Vorteil
- Hohes Mass an Flexibilität und die Fähigkeit, in einem dynamischen Team zu arbeiten und gleichzeitig vielfältige Herausforderungen zu bewältigen sowie Fristen einzuhalten
- Teamplayer mit Eigeninitiative sowie Zielorientierung und Leistungswille
- Fähigkeit auf Strategieebene zu agieren und gleichzeitig auch hands-on zu implementieren
